Evaluation Types

We commonly evaluate for the presence of the following disorders:

Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation ($3,500)

This is our full-spectrum cognitive and emotional wellness check. It’s ideal if you’re experiencing challenges with memory, attention, learning, mood, or processing, and want a clear picture of what’s going on.

Think of it as a 360° understanding of your brain and how you’re feeling — all geared toward helping you move forward.

Developmental Evaluation ($3,500)

This evaluation is designed for individuals seeking insight into lifelong patterns that may point to ADHD, autism spectrum traits, or specific learning differences — whether diagnosed or not.

Older Adult Evaluation (70+ years) ($2,000)

Designed with older adults in mind, this evaluation seeks to clarify the causes of cognitive changes and provide actionable guidance to maintain independence and wellness.

Neuropsychological Reevaluation of Prior Patients($2500)

A neuropsychological evaluation may identify weaknesses that may be reversible or reflect a degenerative decline due to a disease process or injury.  You or your physician may be interested in a follow-up evaluation after 12-18 months for comparison, as it can clarify the effectiveness of treatment or the underlying cause of declines.

The reevaluations for cognitive decline can often be less time-intensive (because information about your history and specific test data has already been gathered).  As a result, for prior patients seen by Dr. Kearns or Reilly, the cost of a reevaluation for cognitive decline (memory loss or concerns of dementia) is available for $2500, even for individuals younger than age 70.

Non-Clinical Evaluations (starting at $400/hour)

These evaluations serve important non-medical purposes, often tied to legal, occupational, or personal decision-making needs.
