Developmental Evaluation ($3,500)
This evaluation is designed for individuals seeking insight into lifelong patterns that may point to ADHD, autism spectrum traits, or specific learning differences — whether diagnosed or not.

Older Adult Evaluation (70+ years) ($2,000)
Designed with older adults in mind, this evaluation seeks to clarify the causes of cognitive changes and provide actionable guidance to maintain independence and wellness.
What’s included:
- Brief, targeted cognitive testing (memory, attention, language, and problem-solving)
- Screening for depression, anxiety, or other mood-related concerns
- Collaboration with local neurologists to ensure continuity of care
- A concise report with practical recommendations for daily functioning or treatment options
Gentle, respectful, and tailored to support aging with dignity and clarity.
Neuropsychological Reevaluation of Prior Patients($2500)
A neuropsychological evaluation may identify weaknesses that may be reversible or reflect a degenerative decline due to a disease process or injury. You or your physician may be interested in a follow-up evaluation after 12-18 months for comparison, as it can clarify the effectiveness of treatment or the underlying cause of declines.
The reevaluations for cognitive decline can often be less time-intensive (because information about your history and specific test data has already been gathered). As a result, for prior patients seen by Dr. Kearns or Reilly, the cost of a reevaluation for cognitive decline (memory loss or concerns of dementia) is available for $2500, even for individuals younger than age 70.
Non-Clinical Evaluations (starting at $400/hour)
These evaluations serve important non-medical purposes, often tied to legal, occupational, or personal decision-making needs.
Possible reasons for referral:
- Fitness to return to work after injury
- Legal cases involving decision-making capacity
- Disability claims requiring functional documentation
- Professional ability assessments (e.g., for physicians or attorneys)
What’s included:
- Tailored testing based on your specific referral questions
- Flexible scheduling and upfront time estimates
- Hourly billing with a retainer prior to starting
We’ll help you get the data you need, in a format suitable for legal or vocational purposes, with clarity and professionalism.
Follow-Up Appointments & Additional Documentation
While most clients find that the standard three-session evaluation process provides the clarity they need, you may choose to schedule a follow-up appointment after the results discussion. If so, please note:
- Clinical services beyond the evaluation are billed at $350/hour, in 30-minute increments.
- Additional documentation requested for non-clinical purposes—such as FMLA, disability claims, or educational/vocational accommodations—after the final report has been completed is billed at $350/hour, in 15-minute increments.
Important Note: Many agencies or employers requesting documentation for medical leave or disability benefits will only accept forms completed by a treating provider who can comment on treatment duration or prognosis.
Access Neuropsychology performs evaluations, not treatment. If your documentation requires input from a treating provider, we’ll provide you that information.
