We know cost matters. Here’s how we help you reduce your out-of-pocket expenses: 

We use smart tools to make things more efficient behind the scenes — so your time with us stays focused, personalized, and valuable. The most valuable time in the evaluation is our time with you. If we can use technology to minimize the time spent testing and writing, we can have more time to interpret the data, work individually with you, and tailor recommendations.

Smarter Report Writing 

Instead of spending hours manually drafting reports, our clinicians use specialized software to create an initial draft. This allows us to: 

• Dedicate more time to meaningful interpretation of your results 
• Deliver high-quality evaluations faster 
• Keep overall costs lower than those of many traditional providers 

Don’t worry — every report is still thoughtfully reviewed and tailored by your neuropsychologist. 

Virtual Appointments = Flexibility + Savings 

We offer both telehealth and in-person appointments for intake and results discussions. Telehealth can help reduce travel costs and time off work — just check with your insurance plan to see if virtual visits are covered, if you plan to seek reimbursement for out-of-network services. 

Partnership with Reimbursify  

To make insurance reimbursement easier, we’ve teamed up with Reimbursify — a free app and service that helps you: 

• Submit your superbill without guesswork 
• Track your insurance claim status 
• Estimate your reimbursement using their built-in calculator 

It’s like having a billing expert in your pocket — at no extra cost to you. 

Using Out-of-Network Benefits

You can still receive partial reimbursement from your insurance—even if we’re not in-network. Here’s how: 

• Once you’ve paid, you’ll get a superbill (a detailed receipt with medical codes). 
• We’ve partnered with Reimbursify, a free service that helps you submit claims through their app or website. [Download Reimbursify here] 
• You can use their calculator to estimate how much your insurance might reimburse you based on common CPT codes. 

Note: Testing and report-writing codes can vary slightly based on your individual needs. 

Payment Options 

We accept: 

• Personal checks 
• HSA/FSA cards 
• Credit cards 
• Medical loans or special credit cards with 0% interest (if paid off on time) 

Please keep in mind: payment is due before your first appointment. We don’t offer payment plans, but we’ll help you explore all available options

What About Insurance Coverage? 

• Most insurance plans do not cover evaluations for learning disabilities. That portion is likely out-of-pocket. 
• If you have Medicare or Medicaid: Access Neuropsychology is out-of-network, and benefits typically do not apply. Retiree insurance plans may be an exception—check with your plan. 
• We’re happy to guide you in finding the right path forward if you’re unsure whether you qualify for reimbursement.
